Refund & Replacement Policy

At Shatter Steel, we stand behind our products.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your Order Number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photo or video evidence

If approved, we will send a free replacement at no additional cost.

2. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise this right, you must:

  • Notify us in writing within 14 days

  • Return the item unused and in original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Used items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Orders where sufficient proof is not provided
